About The Position

The incumbent vendor stack in Pharma GTM is cracking under the weight of bolt-on AI features it was never built for. And the services layer that pharma has relied on for decades is getting structurally compressed by AI that does the same work faster and with better signal. Synthio is building the AI infrastructure layer for pharma commercial, end to end: field intelligence, HCP engagement, patient support, market research, agentic workflows. We're 5 of the top 10 global pharma companies and are on a rapid growth trajectory heading into our next phase of growth. This role is core to that. ROLE OVERVIEW You'll own enterprise revenue growth. That means sourcing, running, and closing $XXM+ programs with global pharma accounts, and then scaling them. You'll build the commercial playbook from scratch, work directly with the founders on deal strategy, and activate a rolodex of pharma execs you've spent years earning. Our engineering and delivery team moves fast. Your job is to find the opportunity and make the commitment. They'll find a way to deliver.

Requirements

  • You've closed $XXM+ programs in pharma. You know how these deals actually move through procurement, IT, brands, and legal. You have existing relationships at global pharma companies you can activate in the first 90 days. You want to build a playbook, not inherit one. You've probably thought about starting something yourself. This is the closest thing to that, with proof points already in place.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years in pharma commercial, consulting (MBB, ZS), or pharma SaaS (Veeva, Komodo, Tempus)
  • You are genuinely passionate about AI; spend a lot of time with AI tools and understand Agentic AI systems
  • Prior experience selling to commercial ops, field excellence, or digital health teams
  • Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment where the answer isn't always obvious
  • You vibe code on weekends (genuinely a green flag)

Responsibilities

  • Source and close net-new enterprise accounts in pharma commercial (field excellence, commercial ops, medical affairs, digital health)
  • Scale existing accounts from initial pilot to BU-wide deployment
  • Build Synthio's GTM playbook: ICP definition, sales motion, pricing frameworks, expansion triggers
  • Own senior pharma relationships at VP and above, across commercial, digital, and C-suite
