GTM Engineer

GlossGeniusNew York, NY
3d$140,000 - $175,000Hybrid

About The Position

At GlossGenius, we are obsessed with empowering creative entrepreneurs. As our GTM Engineer, you will be the architect behind our next generation of sales technology. You won't just manage tools; you will build intelligent systems that use LLMs and automated workflows to remove friction from the sales process, allowing our team to focus on what they do best: building relationships. You will report to our Senior Manager, Revenue Operations. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role — Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical RevOps — comfortable in a codebase but thriving in a business-growth environment
  • Advanced Python and SQL skills; you write scripts to manipulate data and interface with REST APIs without waiting for a developer to build a connector for you
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI's API, LangChain, or similar frameworks; you know how to prompt-engineer for high-quality, structured output
  • Deep understanding of where in the sales funnel reps lose time and a track record of proposing and building technical solutions to fix it

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the following tech stack is preferred
  • CRM: Salesforce (Advanced Admin/Apex knowledge preferred)
  • Languages: Python, Node.js, and SQL
  • Data/AI: Snowflake, Fivetran, OpenAI API, LangChain
  • Sales Tech: Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clearbit

Responsibilities

  • Architect AI Workflows: Design and deploy LLM-powered solutions for lead enrichment, automated personalization, and real-time sales coaching (e.g., automated "Battlecards" based on competitor mentions in Gong)
  • Bridge the Data Gap: Work closely with Data Engineering to pipe high-intent product usage signals from our data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery) into actionable sales triggers
  • Automate the Lifecycle: Build and maintain custom integrations between our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), and internal proprietary tools using Python and APIs
  • Optimize Lead Routing: Develop sophisticated, code-based routing logic to ensure the right leads get to the right reps at the exact moment of high intent
  • Build Internal Tools: Create "lite" internal apps or Slack bots that give the sales team instant access to customer health scores and upsell opportunities

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially or fully covered by GG
  • In-person opportunities that are designed to help team members foster collaboration and build community (ie; working out of a co-working space, team dinners, and other team building activities)
  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot
  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy
  • 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment
  • Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
