In this role, you will be responsible for testing, implementing, and optimizing an AI outbound solution, overseeing the process from initial setup through ongoing performance tuning. You will build and manage automated outbound sequences, ensuring high deliverability and personalization at scale. Additionally, you will own the email marketing infrastructure, which includes managing domain health, warming strategies, and deliverability monitoring. You will also create data pipelines between marketing tools, CRM, and sales tooling to enable attribution and reporting. Collaboration with RevOps will be essential for lead scoring and routing to improve conversion rates. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains throughout marketing operations and ship growth experiments such as website widgets and ROI calculators to enhance conversions.
