About The Position

The GTM Enablement Program Lead at Broadcom is responsible for leading the implementation of enablement programs for sales and technical teams. This role requires balancing long-term strategic initiatives with short-term needs to achieve quick wins while maintaining focus on broader goals. The position involves cross-functional coordination, project management, and providing strategic guidance to leadership to ensure successful execution of enablement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree and 8+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization OR Masters Degree and 6+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of enablement programs for sales and technical teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to lead working sessions and ensure alignment on outcomes and deliverables.
• Manage communication across teams, providing regular status updates and tracking milestones.
• Ensure leadership has the necessary resources and support to meet program deadlines.
• Lead or advise on complex projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
