This role requires an in-office hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in the San Francisco office. We are looking for an experienced GTM Enablement Manager to help us scale the skills, expertise, and revenue impact of our SDR org. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of our SDR onboarding and ongoing training and enablement ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources that maximize productivity and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of a value-based sales process, familiarity with learning and development strategies, and the ability to drive transformation across the sales organization. This is a highly visible and high impact role and requires excellent coordination, collaboration and communication skills. The candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded.
