About The Position

The Director, GTM, Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for ClearChoice's product portfolio. This role will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social, traditional media, and in-center marketing. The Director will also be responsible for managing the product portfolio, optimizing pricing, and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in brand and integrated marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the dental implant market
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Architect and drive the execution of a data-driven, multi-channel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for ClearChoice's product portfolio, accelerating patient acquisition and revenue growth
  • Lead comprehensive product portfolio management, including strategic product development, dynamic pricing optimization, and proactive lifecycle management to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, including geographic expansion and new patient segment penetration, through rigorous market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive intelligence analysis, identifying key player strengths and weaknesses and anticipating disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Synthesize and translate complex market trends within the dental implant industry, including technological advancements and evolving patient demographics, into actionable insights for product and marketing strategies
  • Spearhead the introduction of innovative solutions to market, including conducting comprehensive market research, identifying unmet patient needs, and leading the development and launch of new products and services.
  • Direct the creation of compelling and persuasive product marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines across all channels.
