About The Position

We’re hiring a senior, hands-on GTM Automation Lead to build the systems that power our top-of-funnel motion. You’ll turn signals, enrichment, and modern automation tools into measurable pipeline impact — partnering closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Revenue Technology. Location: Remote within the U.S or SF/NYC preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with sequencing tools (Gong Engage preferred)
  • Proven ability to build automation that drives pipeline outcomes
  • Strong Salesforce fluency (activation layer, not platform ownership)
  • Comfort operating in modern GTM tooling + no/low-code environments

Nice To Haves

  • Zapier / Make / N8n / Lovable / webhooks / APIs
  • Deliverability + outbound quality controls
  • SQL or data warehouse exposure
  • Experience operationalizing signal-based GTM plays at scale

Responsibilities

  • Build signal-based activation workflows across Common Room, Salesforce, and a sequencing platform (Gong Engage preferred)
  • Design and operate enrichment waterfalls (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Clay)
  • Translate prioritized audiences into sequences, tasks, and SDR workflows
  • Partner with Revenue Technology on Salesforce changes delivered on a biweekly sprint cadence
  • Instrument dashboards, QA checks, and experiments to improve conversion and speed
