About The Position

As a GTM Applications Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the sales technology stack to drive efficiency and revenue growth. You will ensure that sales tools are fully utilized, properly configured, and aligned with GTM strategies while providing hands-on support and training to sales teams. This role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and process governance to enhance productivity across the GTM organization. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Product, and Program teams to implement new solutions, monitor adoption, and provide actionable insights. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of sales operations and help shape the future of the company’s sales technology landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Support, with strong expertise in sales technology.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Highspot, or Gong.io.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience with process automation tools relevant to GTM workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize GTM sales tools, ensuring user access, configurations, and workflows align with GTM strategies.
  • Monitor tool performance, evaluate new features, and recommend improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Lead or support the implementation of new sales tools, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Develop and enforce governance policies for tool evaluation, usage audits, and sunsetting redundant applications.
  • Provide expert-level user support, training, and documentation for sales tools, collaborating with Sales Enablement teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track adoption, usage, and impact of sales tools on GTM metrics.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on vendor performance, renewals, and ROI analysis.
