About the department The Global Shareholder Services team delivers essential support to Franklin Templeton’s clients and advisors. Client Representatives within our in-bound Call Center focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment, leveraging industry-leading tools and each other’s strengths. Requirements

  • Experience in client or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer and internet navigation skills
