Requirements

• BA in Early Childhood or a Valid Teaching Certificate with the Early Childhood endorsement.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have strong references.
• Complete a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting.
• Provide the employer with a negative TB test.
• Possess GSRP lead teacher qualifications (or near completion of).
• Be dedicated to a high-quality, educational environment.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Availability 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
• Lead the classroom in planning, documenting, implementing, and recording preschool learning experiences via Creative L.E.A.P Curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Promote a nurturing environment for all children.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
