We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic GSRP Assistant Teacher for our 4-year-olds to join our growing team! Minimum of a CDA Required! Requirements

  • Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and emergencies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
  • Knowledge of GSRP (Great Start Readiness Program) guidelines is a plus
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons aligned with GSRP curriculum
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  • Assist with classroom management and daily routines
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Maintain documentation, assessments, and records as required
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities
  • Adhere to state licensing requirements and maintain compliance with QA standards
