About The Position
As one of the fastest growing behavioral health organizations in the nation, Concordance supports individuals leaving prison on their healing journey, giving participants an opportunity to lead joyful, abundant, and purposeful lives. The Post-Release Career Coach plays a critical role in the success of our participants. Career Coaches work directly with participants to facilitate education, prepare participants for long-term career success and provide support in securing employment. The Post-Release Career Coach provides classroom-based education, one-on-one coaching and supports participants with successful employment throughout the program.
