Our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) positions are essential to maintaining a safe and secure environment. GSOC Operators serve as the central communication hub—monitoring systems, coordinating responses, and supporting on-site teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced computer capabilities, and experience in both security and SOC operations. Position Overview – GSOC Operator As a GSOC Operator assigned to the Framingham region, you will monitor security systems, coordinate responses, and maintain detailed incident documentation. This role directly supports field officers and ensures the safety of personnel and property across client facilities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and communication
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Advanced computer skills required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of security experience required
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent observational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ethical, reliable, and committed to following all safety protocols

Nice To Haves

  • SOC or control-room experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate CCTV, alarm monitoring software, and life-safety systems to identify and respond to potential threats.
  • Access Control: Utilize advanced computer systems and security platforms to manage and monitor access points.
  • Emergency Dispatching: Coordinate responses to alarms, incidents, and emergencies using radios, phones, and digital communication tools.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with on-site officers, emergency responders, and client stakeholders.
  • Incident Reporting: Record all incidents, alarms, and system activity with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Training & Development: Complete a structured training program covering GSOC systems, emergency protocols, and site-specific procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional support to client personnel and visitors, helping create a safe and secure environment.
