About The Position

The Red Hat Partner Ecosystem team is looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our NA Global System Integrator (GSI) team. Our Ecosystem team focuses on growing and enabling a vital ecosystem of partners who use Red Hat technology with or in their solutions, provide services for Red Hat products, or sell their solutions to end customers. Associates in the PAM role are at the heart of our ecosystem mission. You will be joining a community of ecosystem professionals that are highly trained and experienced in business, technical and partner selling skills. In this role, you will develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with our most strategic advisory, consulting and managed service partners. You will work to help the partner and Red Hat achieve joint commercial success. Your primary mission will be ensuring our GSI Partners have the tools, training and incentives to drive the demand, consumption and adoption of Red Hat technologies as they engage and build meaningful solutions with their customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Ecosystem, Partner sales management and/or management consulting experience
  • Preference for experience working with or for Deloitte Consulting
  • Experience ensuring results through business partner the ability to inspire partner executive trust in Red Hat
  • Demonstrated experience in solution adoption with partners
  • Strength in conflict management
  • Working well in heavily matrixed environments
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to translate partner business needs into joint solution manage those initiatives
  • Willingness to travel, following Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a long-term strategic relationships with key advisory and consulting partners
  • Establish and track joint strategy, business goals, plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Navigate Red Hat Sale Ecosystem organizations, advocating and evangelizing for GSI partners capabilities
  • Develop joint business plan go-to-market strategies to drive results within the NA market
  • Create and manage plans with partners to develop a practice powered by Red Hat technologies
