The Opportunity: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GSE Parts Agent to join our team at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). In this role, you’ll manage parts inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure mechanics have everything they need to keep GSE running smoothly. Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in parts or inventory management, preferably in a GSE, automotive, or aviation setting.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory software.
Team Player: Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Physical Ability: Able to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of GSE components and prior experience with procurement or vendor management.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Keep our parts inventory organized, updated, and fully stocked.
Procurement: Source and order high-quality parts from vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
Support Mechanics: Work closely with our maintenance team to identify parts needs and provide solutions quickly.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and purchase orders.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all parts handling and storage comply with safety standards and regulations.
