We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Development / Capture Manager to support and expand our GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) pipeline. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and positioning the company for MAS-based task order opportunities while maintaining accurate pipeline data and driving win strategies. The ideal candidate understands how agencies buy through MAS, can proactively shape opportunities before solicitation release, and can lead internal teams to develop competitive, compliant solutions.
