The Government Services Clerk will coordinate GSA shipments from origin to destination and run and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy Essential Functions and Duties: Accept and register shipments from the Department of State Communicate with shippers to obtain appropriate documentation Work with agents to coordinate shipment pickup and delivery Update company software program with shipment information to ensure accurate information Customer service functions including coordinating delivery of shipment and rectify customer complaints and issues Other duties as assigned
