About The Position
We are looking for a Growth Associate to support our mission of expanding the Cosmos ecosystem through builder engagement and institutional outreach. This is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about crypto, and wants to get hands-on experience across developer outreach, program execution, and early-stage business development. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and broader team to implement ecosystem growth initiatives - whether that's executing events, engaging with builders, assisting with grant programs, or helping onboard new institutional partners. You’re proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. This is an opportunity to grow into a high-impact role and gain exposure to both technical and business sides of web3. You will be trusted to take ownership of key processes and driving the build of a world class growth team.
