The growth support sr associate is responsible for collaborating with pursuit leaders, market development teams, and business development professionals to support local market, line of business and industry intentional growth activities. The growth support sr associate is responsible for mastering firm tools to support growth initiatives, including but not limited to intentional growth teams, market-facing sponsorships and events, marketing campaigns, maintenance of customer and prospect data quality, and preparation of brand- and risk compliant proposals and pursuit deliverables. The growth support sr associate serves as a mentor to other team members, providing feedback and recognition, exposure, and experiences on-the-job, and "coaching moments" in the flow of work.
