As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in influencing and impacting key growth initiatives at Charlie Health. This position offers the opportunity to engage in go-to-market strategies and enhance operational efficiencies within our rapidly growing provider businesses. You will lead cross-functional projects that significantly affect the organization, working autonomously while embodying a mindset of ownership and commitment to our mission. In this role, you will conduct research on high-potential new markets and clinical products, develop strategies for efficient market entry, and maintain comprehensive financial and operational analyses to support strategic decisions. You will collaborate with various teams, including Commercial Strategy, Care Strategy, Compliance, Finance, and Outreach, to develop and execute market growth strategies. Your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring industry trends and competitive landscapes, preparing and presenting findings to leadership, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
