This is not a traditional product role. As the Growth Product Manager at AirOps, you’ll act as both a PM and a builder, taking ownership of experiments and product experiences that sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and is passionate about blending growth tactics with creating engaging product experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including leadership, sales, and engineering—to design, launch, and refine growth-driven products and systems that support the AirOps mission.
