NewtonX has raised $47M in funding, and as we continue to expand, we’re searching for a driven and strategic Growth Product Manager to grow our expert community and accelerate expert activation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Product Management, ideally with exposure to Growth, PLG, or marketplace dynamics.
  • Skilled at interpreting funnel data, measuring outcomes, and using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience designing, running, and scaling A/B tests or growth experiments.
  • Proven success working across functions (Marketing, Design, Engineering, Ops) to deliver results.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments; comfortable balancing short-term tests with long-term strategy.

  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces, expert networks, or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Own the expert acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client research demands and identify gaps in our audience pool.
  • Define high-value target segments of professionals to grow the NewtonX network.
  • Run A/B tests, evaluate funnel performance, and iterate based on insights to improve acquisition, onboarding, and activation metrics.
  • Analyze client demand trends, audience supply gaps, and industry-specific opportunities with Data Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to discover, test, and scale new expert acquisition channels.
  • Co-design targeted campaigns, launch experiments, measure performance, and refine strategies.
  • Own and optimize the onboarding and sign-up experience to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs related to audience acquisition, onboarding success, and activation.
  • Shape and maintain the product-led growth roadmap and communicate insights to leadership.
