Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, business or related field, with 9+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years relevant experience.
  • Experienced in the life sciences and clinical laboratory industry developing and executing on portfolio management initiatives to ensure business continuity and operational excellence in the IVD market.
  • Experienced in complex analytics of portfolio financial performance and market analytics to deeply understand customer needs, challenges and translate these together to actionable results with a cross-functional team.
  • Led and supported projects with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams of R D, regulatory, clinical, quality, finance, program management and operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strongly preferred: Bachelor's degree in science or related field, and a Master's in Business Administration with 7+ years of relevant experiences.
  • PhD or advanced medical degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle management for clinical chemistry assays, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and the CCIA customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Alliance Management and Manufacturing to maintain product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to gather voice of customer (VoC) insights and translate them into actionable strategies for portfolio development.
  • Lead new product development efforts from concept to launch, expanding the product line with differentiated solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Analyze financial performance, market trends and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions and resolve customer issues.
