The Growth Product Management Intern at Accolade will focus on optimizing user engagement and driving conversion across the digital health platform. This role offers an opportunity to learn product management in healthcare while making a meaningful impact on how people access and experience care. The intern will work closely with various teams to design experiments, analyze data, and contribute to projects that enhance member adoption of clinical services and partner solutions.

  • Partner with the Product Lead for Conversions to design and analyze A/B tests aimed at increasing appointment bookings and clinical engagement.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to identify friction points in the user journey and propose solutions.
  • Work with analytics teams to develop dashboards and metrics that track key conversion funnels.
  • Support the development and optimization of cross-sell/upsell experiences for partner digital health solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies with UI and Services engineering teams to shepherd growth experiments.
  • Document experiment results and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a capstone project with other interns, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership.
  • Learn product management best practices through structured mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Basic understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and improving the patient experience.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R is not required but a plus.
