As a Growth Product Designer at Solace, you will own the design of our acquisition funnel - the critical first touchpoint where patients discover, understand, and choose Solace. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on turning curiosity into action. You’ll design experiences that drive conversion across landing pages, onboarding flows, and key entry points into the product - balancing brand, clarity, and performance at every step. You will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, translating insights into fast, iterative design decisions that measurably improve outcomes. This role is for designers who think in systems, obsess over drop-off points, and see every pixel as an opportunity to improve conversion.
