About The Position

We are looking for a Growth & Outbound Specialist to bring new brands into the pipeline and drive measurable revenue growth. This role combines classic SDR responsibilities (prospecting, cold outreach, pipeline building) with a growth-hacker mindset focused on experimentation, rapid iteration, and scrappy execution. Success in this role is measured by booked and closed customers, not just meetings. About the Company A fast-growing consumer AI startup building tools that help creators monetize and enable major brands to run large-scale creator marketing campaigns. The platform reduces manual work for creators and allows brands to manage thousands of creator deals at scale. The company has recently raised funding from tier-one investors and is building its founding team in New York City.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or growth roles (startup or agency)
  • Strong hands-on outbound execution experience
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close business
  • High output + high ownership mentality
  • Strong writing skills for personalized outreach
  • Comfortable with rejection and high outbound volume
  • Bias toward action over excuses

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the creator economy
  • Former founders or builders
  • Background from major agencies (Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, Ogilvy)
  • Brand-side marketing experience
  • SDR/BDR experience at fast-moving startups
  • Scrappy, ownership-driven mentality
  • Creator-focused agencies are less relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Generate net-new qualified opportunities
  • Own outbound prospecting efforts end-to-end
  • Send 50–100+ highly targeted outbound touchpoints per day
  • Craft personalized cold emails that don’t feel templated
  • Experiment with new acquisition channels and tactics
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data
  • Drive measurable revenue growth from brand-side partnerships
