About the position

Airtasker is looking for a new Growth & Operations Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on driving user acquisition in key US cities through high-impact marketing initiatives, particularly street-level marketing. The specialist will manage flyering tasks, collaborate with Taskers, refine marketing strategies based on feedback, and establish Airtasker's presence in new cities. Responsibilities also include recruiting and training City Managers, ensuring Taskers are supported and paid efficiently, and monitoring campaign metrics to enhance the Tasker experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition in key US cities by launching high-impact, street-level marketing initiatives.
  • Post, assign, and manage flyering tasks on the Airtasker platform.
  • Collaborate directly with Taskers during market stimulus, offering real-time support.
  • Refine market stimulus locations, messaging, and creative materials based on feedback.
  • Travel to new US cities to establish Airtasker’s presence.
  • Recruit, train, and manage City Managers for local campaigns.
  • Ensure Taskers are paid efficiently and receive quality ratings.
  • Monitor weekly metrics to assess campaign impact and retention.
