Job Purpose: The Growth Marketing team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the development and execution of BritBox digital marketing campaigns. This role will contribute to several key initiatives focused on subscriber growth, including—but not limited to—new series launches, evergreen always-on campaigns, and sitewide promotions. This internship offers hands-on experience to building and executing a marketing campaign strategy within a fast-moving and dynamic streaming environment, with the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other BritBox teams.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and data visualization tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for new title launches by assisting with campaign briefs, timelines, and asset tracking across paid and partner channels (including, but not limited to, Amazon, Roku, CTV, and paid social).
  • Assist with campaign performance reporting by compiling and organizing data and helping summarize key insights and learnings.
  • Provide support for highly visible promotional and sale campaigns by coordinating creative assets and building post-campaign recaps.
  • Assist with brainstorming bespoke title-driven paid media campaigns that drive subscriber growth and reflect the BritBox brand.
  • Support creative testing and optimization efforts by tracking creative variants, documenting results, and organizing performance feedback.
  • Conduct research on media trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity to inform content briefs.
