About The Position

Aon is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist to join their industry-leading team, where you will play a pivotal role in empowering results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Aon's Affinity businesses. This position is based in Fort Washington, PA, and offers a hybrid work schedule. If you are passionate about developing and executing digital-first, always-on marketing strategies, and enjoy being a core member of a growth marketing team, this role could be the next step in your career. As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing omni-channel growth marketing strategies in collaboration with business leaders and marketing channel specialists. Your primary goal will be to attract and retain customers by designing, building, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns that promote the brand, differentiate Aon's solutions, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales and revenue in this growing segment of the business. You will apply your experience in reviewing and fine-tuning marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and retention strategies in the digital landscape. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with channel strategists and the Marketing Analytics team to optimize the performance of various marketing channels, such as web, social media, paid media, email, direct mail, and video. You will ensure that user-centric designs are produced to maintain clear, logical, and concise information that invites an attractive ROI, utilizing results and reports developed by the Analytics team. Additionally, you will optimize marketing tactics based on metrics from testing, such as A/B and multi-variate tests, and function as a project manager while collaborating with third-party partners and internal teams to create new website templates and manage launches and relaunches. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that content is customer-centric, optimized for SEO, compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and aligned with branding initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration with teams of varied strengths will be essential, as you will need to convey complex technical concepts in an easily digestible manner. To be successful, you should possess the ability to develop, execute, and optimize a growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition and retention performance, along with strong project management skills to keep projects on task.
