We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you. The Team: On the GrowthX team, we’re tired of the old way of doing marketing—sending the same boring emails to everyone and hoping for the best. We use actual data and "triggers" (like when a company hires a new VP or moves offices) to reach out to the right people with a message that actually makes sense for them. We’re small, we move fast, and we’re looking for someone to help us run the engine. The Role: This isn’t the kind of internship where you just sit in the back of meetings and take notes. We need someone who can: Do the digging: Look through data and news to find reasons why a company might need our help. Help us execute: Help set up specific projects for our biggest target accounts. If we have a great idea for a campaign, you’re helping us actually get it out the door. Keep us organized: Track how our projects are doing. Are people actually responding? Is it working? Problem-solve: We don't have a manual for everything. If something breaks or a process is clunky, we want you to help us fix it.

Requirements

  • You’re smart and curious: You like figuring out how things work and you aren’t afraid to ask "why?"
  • You’re a self-starter: You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder all day. You can take a goal and run with it.
  • You’re "coachable": You’re okay with getting feedback, learning from it, and trying again.
  • You can think on your feet: Things change quickly here. You’re cool with shifting gears when we find a better way to do something.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Dec. 2026 or May/June 2027 graduate) with a background in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
