We’re extremely excited to announce that we’re launching a 3-seat Intern-to-Hire track designed for the curious, driven, analytically-minded generalists who want a front-row seat in startup building — and a shot at joining us full-time. Please note a full-time position is NOT GUARANTEED. We’re looking for three Growth Interns to join our Intern-to-Hire Program — a high-stakes, hands-on 12-week sprint designed to identify future full-time hires. Over the course of the program, you’ll work directly with the founding team on real, high-impact projects that drive Playground’s growth. This isn’t a typical internship — there are no coffee runs or busywork. You’ll own projects, learn fast, and contribute across Growth, Ops, Product, Strategy, and Analytics.

Requirements

  • A creative problem-solver who learns fast and thinks critically.
  • Comfortable with data, not afraid of ambiguity, and energized by new challenges.
  • Familiar with a range of creative and analytics marketing tools like Hubspot, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Figma, and Excel.
  • A proactive communicator with a bias for action.
  • Hungry for ownership and real startup experience.

Nice To Haves

  • A recent grad or career switcher with range — and something to prove.
  • An entry-level builder, analyst, designer, or marketer-in-the-making feeling stuck or not seeing opportunity to progress in your current position.
  • Someone who’s hacked together projects, led initiatives, or self-taught a hard skill.

Responsibilities

  • Jump into projects across Growth, Ops, Product, Strategy, and Analytics.
  • Help launch experiments, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to market research, product testing, user interviews, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Work closely with founders and senior team members on high-impact initiatives.
  • Present your learnings and impact in a final “hire pitch.”
