The Crown Is Yours As a Growth Marketing Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced environment and leverage your prior experience to bring new and exciting paid marketing campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and be responsible for planning and executing campaigns across OTT/CTV and YouTube, with a primary focus on driving awareness and consideration for our Casino products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role; media buying & planning, acquisition marketing, or advertising is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and share key learnings with the larger marketing team.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work autonomously to identify solutions to potential problems.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across OTT/CTV and YouTube.
  • Launch and optimize new user acquisition campaigns to meet larger team goals, KPIs, and results.
  • Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with our external media partners, ensuring efficient campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Partner with the Creative, Analytics and wider Marketing teams to develop cohesive and effective campaigns, ensuring alignment across streaming campaigns.
  • Develop creative briefs for digital marketing assets and identify legal and compliance approvals as needed.
  • Report on performance and share learnings with executives and the wider growth team.
