VIP is seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative — someone who can build campaigns from scratch, optimize them with data, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable results. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll drive demand generation and own the strategic execution of multi-channel marketing programs that attract, convert, and retain customers. This role will be a key player in scaling our inbound and outbound efforts through digital campaigns, website optimization and email automation (HubSpot). This role is not responsible for people management.
