Smalls is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Growth Manager to manage and scale acquisition channels that fuel new customer growth. This role will flex across digital, offline, and emerging channels. Optimize performance on existing channels and scale new initiatives that diversify our acquisition mix. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating Smalls’ growth. You’ll own critical channel performance, drive structured testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life. Your impact will be measured by the efficiency and scalability of your work across CAC, LTV, and net new customer acquisition.
