About The Position

The company is scaling its platform and seeks individuals who prioritize product quality, take ownership, and aim to build systems for a global audience. The Partnerships team's mission is to drive the growth and adoption of B2B products in high-growth global markets by building strategic alliances, managing the full sales lifecycle, and fostering long-term client success. TradingView is looking for a high-impact Growth Manager to lead partnership-driven growth in Brazil. This role combines business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with a clear mandate to expand TradingView's presence across brokers, exchanges, fintech platforms, and crypto ecosystems. The successful candidate will be crucial in scaling TradingView's presence in one of the most dynamic trading markets globally, collaborating with leading financial platforms and shaping how millions interact with financial markets.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in financial markets, with a strong understanding of trading platforms, brokerage ecosystems, and the way financial institutions operate
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to hit targets and scale partnerships in B2B environments
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • A self-starter with a partnership-first mindset and a relentless "can-do" attitude
  • Natural ability to identify business opportunities, articulate value propositions, and navigate negotiations to convert leads into long-term strategic partners
  • Familiarity with web applications, HTML5, GitHub, JavaScript, and other tech tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • Takes ownership of responsibilities and consistently meets deadlines
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Slack, and various collaboration tools
  • Thrives in a flexible, fast-paced working schedule

Responsibilities

  • Developing outbound client pipelines
  • Managing inbound client partnership requests
  • Approaching partnerships from a consultative mindset
  • Proposing partner proposals and pitches

  • Collecting customer feedback and sharing findings with the team
  • Owning a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology
  • Constantly building overall brand recognition with customers and partners
