About The Position

This role at Replo is centered around creatively taking the product to market while managing various aspects of product marketing, engineering, and growth. The position emphasizes automation, utilizing tools like n8n, virtual assistants, and AI technologies to streamline processes. Responsibilities include setting up go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure using platforms such as Hubspot, Clay, and Apollo, managing influencer and creator marketing, and ensuring that analytics from campaigns inform product development. The role also involves building financial models to guide budgeting and collaborating with leadership on cross-functional projects. A key aspect of the job is transforming ambiguous challenges into structured experiments and processes.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency and comfort working with engineers
  • 4+ years of experience, preferably from a startup or as a former founder
  • Willingness to manage a small team of product marketing and content managers
  • Desire to automate processes and move onto new challenges
  • Comfortable with Python/scripting work
  • Fast learner who thrives on feedback and quick execution
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms
  • Organized and able to prioritize competing projects
  • Resourceful and capable of independent problem-solving
  • Technically fluent and able to communicate with technical roles
  • Experience in conducting candidate interviews
  • Willingness to work in the SF office 3-5 days/week

  • Technical or quantitative background (STEM, economics, etc.)
  • Experience supporting or running operations in a fast-moving company
  • Experience setting up cold email accounts for outbound marketing
  • Ability to structure product feedback from GTM calls for R&D

  • Simultaneously juggle product marketing, engineering, and growth
  • Automate processes using tools like n8n, virtual assistants, and AI
  • Setup GTM infrastructure (Hubspot, Clay, Apollo automations)
  • Manage influencer/creator marketing and calculate/manage CPMs
  • Own analytics instrumentation for campaigns
  • Build and manage lightweight financial models for budgeting
  • Partner with leadership on cross-functional projects
  • Transform ambiguous problems into clear experiments, plans, and processes
