About The Position

Emergent is reimagining how software gets built, with a vision to democratize development and make software accessible to a billion people worldwide. We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive the next wave of adoption and expansion at Emergent Labs. This hands-on role involves executing growth initiatives across multiple channels, running experiments, and optimizing funnels to scale user acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with the founders and senior team, gaining exposure to high-level strategy while owning key tactical initiatives that directly impact our growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, product, consulting, or a fast-paced startup.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data/analytics tools.
  • Hands-on execution mindset—comfortable running campaigns, experiments, and reporting outcomes.
  • Exposure to multiple growth levers (digital marketing, partnerships, product-led growth).
  • Entrepreneurial and scrappy—thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and iterates.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Curiosity for AI/tech and eagerness to translate complex products into growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention to identify scalable levers.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across digital channels.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Own tracking, reporting, and insights for growth metrics (signups, conversion rates, retention).
  • Conduct competitive and market research to uncover new opportunities.
  • Support community-building and partnership initiatives to expand brand reach.
  • Bring a data-driven mindset—test, learn, and iterate rapidly.
