About The Position

Ditto is the fastest growing college-facing dating platform reimagining the world of social connection. In just 3 months, we’ve 3x to over 120,000 users and are backed with $9.2m seed round by world-class investors, including Google and leading VC firms. We’re building a product that goes viral on campuses and brings authentic matchmaking to Gen Z and we’re just getting started. The Opportunity We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Lead who has directly contributed to taking a consumer or social product from zero to 500,000+ users. You bring deep expertise in launching, scaling, and iterating growth strategies for Gen Z consumers, especially in the college space. You’ll shape our campus expansion playbook and unlock explosive user growth.

Requirements

  • Experience driving growth for a consumer/social app through digital content
  • Strong track record creating or leading viral content (UGC, short-form video)
  • Hands-on experience running digital campaigns and understanding platform dynamics
  • Sharp instinct for trends and translating them into high-impact content
  • Data-driven and highly iterative in your approach
  • Experience building creator or ambassador networks
  • Comfort hosting events and representing a brand in real life
  • Scrappy, fast-moving, and deeply in tune with Gen Z culture

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a digital-first growth strategy to scale Ditto to 500k+ users
  • Create and oversee viral-ready content (UGC, short-form video, social storytelling) that drives signups and engagement
  • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns with a focus on rapid testing and performance
  • Identify and activate viral growth loops through trends, creators, and platform-native tactics
  • Build and manage a network of student creators and ambassadors producing high-converting content
  • Use data and user insights to refine creative and improve results
  • Host in-person activations and events that amplify digital growth and generate content
  • Partner with product and content teams to ensure strong, campus-relevant messaging
