Requirements

• Located in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA or Washington, DC.
• US Person.
• Preference for previous government acquisition or federal sales or capture experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales from lead generation to close, partnering closely with government customers to accomplish their goals.
• Identify leads, travel to conferences and industry days, shape opportunities, and successfully win contracts.
• Ensure customers are successful in accomplishing their goals with Pryzm.
• Own the RFx engine end-to-end (RFI/RFP/RFQ): lead pursuit kickoff, build compliant outlines & schedules, run color-team reviews, coordinate inputs across Sales, SEs, Product, Legal, and Execs, and deliver on-time, high-quality submissions.
• Partner with Mission Operations to shape winning solutions: scope use cases, craft demo narratives, tailor prototypes, and answer technical/requirements matrices.
• Drive capture planning for target opportunities—stakeholder mapping, competitor analysis, teaming strategy, call plans, and pre-RFP shaping—to improve Pwin and pipeline quality.
