About The Position

Our founding team has a strong background in scaling growth at companies like Robinhood and Coinbase, and we are backed by notable investors. We are looking for a growth engineer to join our team and work on experiments, sales automation, and customer activation. This role will involve balancing speed and systems, opting for quick experiments to validate ideas, and building deliberate infrastructure for scaling.

Requirements

• Excitement about experimenting and learning from failures.
• Ability to create impactful tools and systems for sales and engineering.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, various databases, serverless environments, and Salesforce.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind.
• Experience with Python (Django), Postgres, and Redis.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, and Hightouch.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Vercel.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founding team on experiments, sales automation, and customer activation.
• Create tools and systems that multiply the impact of sales and engineering.
