This role sits at the center of our supply-side growth and operations. You’ll work directly with Strategic Operations and Strategic Projects Leads whose role is to partner with elite Paraform recruiters, helping them scale their businesses, close top-tier talent, and win more clients. It’s part operator, part strategist, and part growth partner. We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our engineering team and accelerate marketplace growth with intelligent automations. In this hands-on, TypeScript-focused role, you’ll move quickly between scrappy MVPs and production-ready systems, collaborating with a world-class operations team to scale their workflows.
