About The Position

To support this trajectory, we’re hiring our first Growth Director a senior, commercially minded leader who will help define how Coolr grows in the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality new business pipeline through outbound strategy, PR, events, and relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how agencies actually grow through reputation, networks, and consistent market presence. You will shape how Coolr shows up in the market, who we engage with, and how we convert attention into long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Senior growth, new business, or commercial experience within a New York based agency
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. marketing ecosystem, including agencies, intermediaries, and CMOs
  • A proven ability to generate and convert high-quality opportunities not just leads
  • Strong existing relationships across brands, agency partners, and intermediaries
  • Experience leading PR initiatives and live or experiential events
  • Commercially sharp, strategically minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Confident, credible communicator who can represent the agency at a senior level

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Coolr’s outbound growth strategy across PR, partnerships, events, and proactive outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior-level marketing prospects and agency intermediaries
  • Position Coolr as a credible, differentiated voice in the social and digital marketing space
  • Leverage an existing U.S. network to unlock conversations with brands, intermediaries, and partners
  • Plan and deliver high-impact events that drive awareness, relationships, and opportunity
  • Work closely with the President to align growth priorities with commercial and strategic goals
  • Oversee the development of growth-led marketing materials, narratives, and credentials
  • Track market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy
  • Help shape the growth culture, process, and discipline as the agency scales
