About The Position

Exciting opportunity to join LOVE CORN the fastest growing, emerging new snack brand in the USA & UK. We're looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Digital Marketer to lead and execute our paid digital & retail media, email marketing, Amazon and TikTok Shop strategy. This is a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through full-funnel marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for performance marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok; owning our email marketing lifecycle. If you’re both analytical and creative, love testing and scaling what works, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you. Role will be hybrid: 2-3 days in office in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing, performance marketing, retail media or e-commerce role.
  • Experience of grocery retail and newer Shopper Marketing platforms like Instacart, Walmart Connect, 8451, Roundel.
  • Have managed Amazon and Shopify type platforms.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Proven track-record managing and scaling paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or DTC brand environments.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce integrations.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) for quick creative testing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our Amazon marketplace in USA and UK overseeing every aspect from A to Z.
  • Manage USA Tik Tok storefront ensuring seamless product listing, promotions, and campaign alignment. Partner with creators and influencers to drive conversions through TikTok LIVE and UGC. Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Manage all aspects of Instacart, Roundel, Ibotta, Criteo, 8451, Walmart Connect and retailer .com budgets.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize all paid social and video campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Own the email marketing calendar and strategy (Klaviyo), build automated flows, segment lists to drive personalized engagement, track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Recreate templates and track daily and weekly reports. Analyze performance to make data-informed decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate with Creative team to produce engaging assets that convert.
  • Manage keyword list, A/B test creative, copy, and audience to improve CAC and ROAS.
