Your Role Sans is on a mission to build the next great consumer hardware brand, with a laser focus on products that help people live healthier lives at home. We started with a category-leading air purifier before expanding to a best-in-class countertop water purifier that actually works to eliminate harmful contaminants – and our product roadmap is just getting started. We’re a small, ambitious team that believes deeply in our ability to create a meaningful consumer brand. We move fast, learn quickly, and consistently outperform much larger competitors. The Growth Copywriter will own the words across our full customer journey — from the first touchpoint to post-purchase lifecycle. They will write and optimize copy across email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, site, blog, organic social, and brand video scripts. They will work closely with the growth and brand teams to ensure every message is clear, on-brand, and built to convert. The role reports directly to the Creative Strategist and will collaborate closely with our Lifecycle Manager, Creative Director, eCom director and Head of Growth. The ideal candidate brings sharp instincts for direct-response copywriting and a genuine curiosity about what makes people click, open, and buy. They should be comfortable writing across a wide range of formats and tones — from a high-converting subject line to a long-form blog post to a punchy video script. They're data-informed, proactive about testing new ideas, and excited to build something meaningful in a fast-moving environment.
