About The Position

This is a virtual position with NPE, where the team works remotely across the globe. The role requires working USA west coast PST time zone hours, allowing for flexibility in location. NPE serves the largest community of fitness professionals and business owners, helping them transform their businesses and lives since 2006. The NPE Growth Coach plays a vital role in supporting business owners to break out of their default trendline and achieve their goals through effective coaching and leadership.

Requirements

• 5 years experience owning or in key leadership in a boutique fitness business
• At least 2 years of sales experience in professional high-ticket services
• Effective at leading conversations, including challenging ones
• Confident speaker/presenter
• Experience in pipeline development and management
• Engaged in personal growth and development
• Experience delivering education and coaching for personal and professional development
• Proficient with technology (Keap, Zoom, SMS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leading sales calls with prospective clients
• Engaging in high-level communication and support with prospective clients through email, SMS, and social media
• Challenging prospective clients to identify and address their bigger problems
• Walking prospective clients through contacts, processing orders, and filling out reports
