About The Position

This Internship position will assist the Growth Channels Sales Leads with daily DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) work needed to deliver the Monthly & Annual Operating Plan. The Team needs the Intern to develop, and share out their best practices at the end of their assignment on how to utilize AI Capabilities. The goal is to implement a way to work smarter, not harder, for the entire team in the future.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year College or University or in a Graduate program
  • For Undergraduate Internship positions, must be a Rising Senior and/or entering their final year prior to graduation
  • For MBA/Graduate Internship positions, must be in their final year prior to graduation
  • Approved to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship or assistance from the company
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)

Responsibilities

  • Formalize a Pricing form for all Sales Leads
  • Deep Dive into PnL Management
  • Attend a minimum of 3 to 4 customer meetings and help with Recaps
  • Assist in Monthly forecasting
  • Assist in Deduction Management
  • Work on a Market Place Trend Report
  • Create a Best Practice Use of AI/Copilot, and report back to the Greater Channels Team
