About The Position

The Growth Campaign Manager is a pipeline-focused, AI-first marketer responsible for creating, capturing, and converting demand through coordinated B2B SaaS campaigns. This role goes beyond lead generation to influence qualified pipeline and revenue by executing high-impact campaigns across email, lifecycle, social, webinars, and landing pages. You’ll blend execution, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows to drive efficient, scalable growth—moving prospects from awareness to opportunity with speed and precision. Partnering closely with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you’ll help ensure campaigns are aligned to high-intent pipeline outcomes, not vanity metrics. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns across email, lifecycle, social, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
  • Comfort working with funnel metrics and campaign performance data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing execution, experimentation, or optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Goldcast.
  • Exposure to attribution, pipeline reporting, or RevOps workflows.
  • Basic design or layout skills for emails and landing pages.
  • Experience marketing to nonprofit organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Virtuous.
  • A mindset oriented toward leverage, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand generation campaigns that support the full funnel: awareness → lead → pipeline → revenue.
  • Build and manage coordinated campaigns across email, lifecycle, social, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Translate strategic growth priorities into executable campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure campaign follow-up, handoffs, and workflows support high-intent pipeline creation.
  • Build and manage email campaigns, automated nurture programs, triggered sends, and post-engagement follow-up sequences.
  • Create and optimize landing pages focused on high-intent conversion and pipeline creation.
  • Maintain clean, scalable lifecycle workflows that move prospects efficiently through the funnel.
  • Support attribution and lifecycle tracking to understand how campaigns influence pipeline progression.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate audience research, campaign planning, creative iteration, copy development, personalization, and optimization.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, audiences, channels, and formats to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Apply AI to scale output and speed—doing more with fewer resources through smarter workflows and automation.
  • Own execution and promotion of webinars, including registration setup, reminder sequences, live-day coordination, and post-event conversion workflows.
  • Coordinate email and organic social promotion for webinars and key campaigns, including pre-event awareness, live engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with internal teams and external speakers to deliver campaigns that attract the right audience and drive downstream action.
  • Analyze webinar performance to improve attendance quality, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use organic social as a demand creation and amplification channel, supporting campaign awareness, event promotion, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Adapt campaign messaging for social platforms, testing formats, timing, and creative to improve engagement and downstream impact.
  • Collaborate with content and brand teams to extend campaign reach and reinforce core narratives.
