We are seeking a scrappy and entrepreneurial Growth & Business Development Lead (Partnerships) to help build and lead the commercial strategy for a new, high-growth business division at Harbinger. This role reports to the Vice President of Partnerships and is perfect for someone who seeks ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and is eager to build a "startup within a startup". You will be responsible for "wearing many hats," blending strategic go-to-market planning, hands-on business development, operational process-building, and relationship management. You will identify new markets, research and forge key partnerships, and lay the foundational processes to scale this new venture. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and relentless execution.
