About The Position

Join Tonic’s Growth Team and help us unlock the next wave of growth. We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and data-minded marketer who’s excited to test new ideas, run fast experiments, and help scale what works. If you're someone with initiative, full-stack marketing curiosity, and energy to figure things out — you’ll fit right in. As our Growth Associate, you’ll be an early member of Tonic’s founding Growth team, playing a key role in helping us identify and scale new marketing channels. You’ll run experiments, learn what works (and what doesn’t), and help systematize wins into repeatable playbooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a growth, marketing, or startup role
• Track record launching and iterating on campaigns
• Excellent written communication
• Comfortable with Notion, Google Sheets, and AI tools like ChatGPT
• A strong sense of ownership and curiosity

Nice To Haves

• Experience in music, creator tools, or education tech

Responsibilities

• Launch fast 0→1 growth experiments across multiple channels
• Build business cases and prioritize ideas based on ROI
• Document learnings and propose next steps
• Own timelines and deliverables for campaign launches
• Coordinate with product, design, content, and influencer teams
• Assist with copywriting and creative strategy where needed
• Monitor CAC, conversions, and retention across initiatives
• Propose and implement A/B tests
• Create light dashboards or reports to track impact
• Turn validated experiments into repeatable playbooks
• Help manage contractors or freelancers as needed
• Systematize processes for scale

Benefits

• $80,000 – $120,000 USD base salary, for US-based candidates
