About The Position

Cro Metrics is a growth marketing agency focused on turning traffic into revenue through rigorous experimentation, customer insight, and performance optimization. We help high-growth ecommerce and subscription brands unlock scalable growth by aligning paid acquisition with landing page experimentation and conversion rate optimization. We don’t chase vanity metrics. We build systems that compound. We’re looking for a Growth Associate who is highly detail-oriented, analytically curious, and excited to grow into a strategic performance marketing role. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, and testing execution across paid channels. You’ll work closely with senior paid media strategists and CRO teams to help improve efficiency, scale, and experimentation velocity across client accounts. You won’t be thrown into leading client strategy on day one — but you will build the skills to get there. Over time, this role will flex into more client communication, strategic thinking, and performance ownership as you demonstrate readiness. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with agency or in-house paid media experience who wants structured mentorship and a clear path toward becoming a Paid Media Strategist.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Manage budgets, bids, audience builds, and creative trafficking
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively flag issues
  • Execute structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Maintain strong account hygiene and documentation
  • Assist in building testing plans across:
  • Creative formats and messaging
  • Audience targeting
  • Offer positioning
  • Budget allocation
  • Translate performance trends into insights
  • Collaborate with CRO teams to align traffic strategy with landing page experiments
  • Support hypothesis development and test tracking
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze CAC, CPA, ROAS, and MER trends
  • Identify performance drivers and anomalies
  • Help turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Maintain dashboards and performance documentation
  • Support senior strategists in client meetings
  • Contribute insights to performance reviews
  • Gradually take on more client communication responsibilities over time
  • Develop confidence presenting data and recommendations
